working hard!

I haven’t had time to attend any of the tea and cake sessions but i think i need some one-to-one support. i have been working really hard and doing my blogs more now than i’ve done before. i think i’ll come in early on Tuesday(next week) to get some input. i’ve used garage band to help my daughter with her A’ level English work, by recording quotes from the text that she needs to memorise. the sticky point is how do i burn it on cd? i’m not sure if the macbook has that facility. i’m awaiting your technological wisdom on that Judy.

Selina please try and come to the tea and cakes session as burning to CD is so easy. I’m looking forward to seeing what you have done.

The MacBook has the facility to create a CD or DVD as a final product. We could have done this at out session today. Anyway if you have you macbook at the PDC I will show you how.

Put the CD or DVD in the slot in the MacBook. On GarageBand go to Share and choose Export podcast to disk. You should then be able to choose your disk and save the file. Clicking on the yellow circle next to the Unnamed disk should burn the disk.

But since I’m on a different computer, and not writing the steps down step by step, I might have missed something out! Don’t worry, though, it’s easy, and Lloyd will show you on Monday!
