To Blog or not to blog

I was surprised to find that people were still blogging during the holidays. For some people blogging is a hobby, something you do to relax after a stressful day at work, like playing tennis or going for a walk except this is done indoors and the second person involved is a machine. For others blogging is a chore that needs to be done like the hoovering or ironing. Blogging must be put on a “to do” list, which can be pushed further and further down until it becomes absolutely necessary to do, like cleaning the bathroom or grocery shopping. After intensive reseach i’ve come to the conclusion that there are two species of people, bloggers and non-bloggers. i’m yet to decide whch group i belong to. i’m sure if i ask Judy she’ll have no trouble in putting me in one category!

Home work

i’ve tried using garage band to do a podcast but hasn’t been successful. i’ll keep trying. i find comic life interesting and i’m thinking of using it to do a presentation i have coming up. i would have liked to do something for a french lesson but i’m not sure about the accents and stuff.

I’ve read some blogs and i wanted to know how people have changed the look of their pages. Bisi i’m sure you can tell me ‘cos i saw flowers on your page!!

Success at blogging!

Finally i’ve got the page that i’ve been looking for! i can appreciate the frustration of some of our pupils who come to school without homework and say “Sir i couldn’t do the homework last night” only to be told well you didn’t try, did you? Also as the teachers went through the ICT jargon on Friday i wished they had differentiated handouts and teaching assistants to support some of us who are on the autistic spectrum when it comes to all things IT!

Happy blogging!!

Selina (or i don’t need to put my name in?)
